We had a great stay with excellent harbor views and a room with a bath in a lovely, secluded area, just steps from the ferry to Haida Gwaii.

A refrigerator, climate control and an iron in the room, great and beautiful location. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Location really close to the " harbour side ", the ocean and beach access, and the ferry from Juneau. Also, helpful in letting me know where to look around in town calling taxi.

Front end staff were very welcoming. Loved the complementary binoculars! Better food choices for breakfast would be nice. To be honest I stay in a lot of hotels each month and believe your price is a bit much for what you get.
